Yes, my friends, I've been a little slow in providing extra material this week. Julie and I travelled to take Connor to see his Great Grandmother over the weekend. A wonderful experience also proved to be fortuitous because had I stayed in the Jacksonville area, I would have been treated to Iowa/Arizona instead of VT/Nebraska, which the Georgia broadcasters chose (thus rendering the very real possibility of my storming Jacksonville media outlets at 3:30 PM Saturday unnecessary). As such, I was treated to one of the most miraculous wins in Virginia Tech history. You may have missed the moment if you were wrapped up in any of the other drama unfolding at the time - in particular USC pulling its annual choke job against Washington.
